Royal Ridge Fruits in Royal City, WA has an opening for a Vendor Document Coordinator. The Vendor Document Coordinator tracks and files documents needed to maintain the vendor program to meet Safe Quality Food (SQF) Standards. This position works with the Purchasing Department to maintain approved vendor and contact lists, sends document requests to vendors in a timely manner, and tracks vendor requests and follows up as needed. The ideal candidate will be organized, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem solve and work independently. Schedule will be 10:00 am - 2:00 pm Monday through Friday, but hours can be flexible.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook; and other standard office equipment;
- Knowledge of CRM systems and Famous software experience preferred.
