The Steam Plant, which will be reopening in January, is now recruiting for Prep Cooks to cook and prepare a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep list.
Candidates shall possess High School education or equivalent is strongly preferred. Candidates shall possess a minimum of one year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking (or, an equivalent combination of education and related experience). At least six months as Prep Cook or similar capacity is required. WA Food Handlers Permit is also required
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Generous compensation and benefit package.EOE
