KSPS Needs a "PBS Nerd" to Process Donations and Connect with Members
You explore new ideas and broaden your horizons. You think music, theater, dance, and art should be accessible to everyone. You love to curl up with a good documentary or a trusted current affairs program. Mister Rogers is like a favorite uncle to you, and you value research-based children's programs for pre-K kids from all walks of life.
If that makes you a nerd, so be it! Embrace your inner PBS Nerd and join the development team of KSPS public television as a membership specialist.
The nerd we’re looking for is detail-oriented and can manage a high volume of transactions without error. You are an expert in data entry, spreadsheets, pivot tables, and databases. You’re a kind, empathetic person who would love to make genuine connections with donors, viewers, and your nerdy colleagues. You’re curious about what makes donors give, and you can tease trends and conclusions from dense webs of data. You’ve never missed a deadline; you’re a self-starter; and you can manage a complex calendar of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks.
This is a 30-hour-per-week hourly position with vacation, sick leave and health benefits available.
To apply, send a resume and cover letter to email@example.com and or complete application attached.
Applications must be received by 10pm on Wednesday, March 14, 2018.
